Title: A question for Rosemary
Post by: Bionic on August 22, 2013, 01:40:41 pm
Did I dream it or did you post something about home made crumpets a while ago?
I have searched and can't find anything.
I want to know if you used fresh or dried yeast.
thanks

Dried - that's all we have :-)

Must make them again or I won't get my money's worth out of the crumpet rings  ::)

some one on my face book keeps posting pictures of crumpet  ;) , are they easy to make then? the only thing I do not like about them is the lashings of butter required to drip down your chin
