This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step up from a smallholding..I know the person selling it and there is extra land for sale and/or rent.  The sheds are good and there is a lot of potential with the rest. The seller is ready to move anytime so it wouldn't be a long drawn out process either :thumbsup:.

That's got development potential - just need permission for four units - it will be a bidding war i suspect.
