Title: Film Extras Dorset - Sheep Shearing

Hi all,

I am part of a film production that will be shooting in West Dorset over September and October this year. At some point I will be looking for a man, who firstly is able to hand sheer sheep in the time honoured fashion of hand clippers. And secondly would need to have a passing resemblance to a particular actor.

I will have more details shortly but anyone who is/can hand sheer, and thinks they might be available for a paid days filming in the West Dorset area over September / Oct I would love to hear from you. Or alternatively any suggestions of organisations and who to speak to.

I'm not your man but just curious. Are you expecting to film someone shearing a sheep in September/October? I think you may have a bit of trouble finding an unshorn sheep at that time of year.
