Post by: sokel on July 31, 2013, 07:42:44 pm
We have the offer of a goat and her kid who was born in March. the mother and the rest of the adults in the herd where all CAE tested negative in May, can the kid be classed as negative without being tested ?

Yes......testing starts at 12 months old.    You should be given a copy of the CAE certificate at the purchase.
