:wave:Hi, ,Can anybody help with some advice please ,Rhubarb Champagne recipe is fab and so easy, have made up 1 batch, gorgeous pink colour but looks quite cloudy in the plastic 2 litre bottles, could I have added Betonite in the plastic contained or should I just have sieved it through Muslin at point of bottling ,would like to get next batch looking a bit clearer - thanks in advance for any tips

Should I be concerned that my first post is in the alcohol section :yum:
We have made rhubarb wine for the last five years. We have learned that taste improves significantly with age. If it is left for a year then the cloudiness will go. You do need to be careful when pouring to ensure that any sediment is not mixed.
