My pedigree Lleyn ewe lambs (10) are for sale privately this year as I will be away at the time of the society sale in September.  They are all from a closed flock that we have had for more than 10 years.  Our stock ram is a Dugdale bred tup and the ewes are solid with good skins.  We are MV accredited and they will all have had their first Hep P vaccination during August.  We are in Ayrshire, near Kilmarnock

My neighbours over the hill who are getting on in years switched to Lleyns a few years back and they absolutely love them. Plenty of lambs, good mums, grow on grass. They have 300 ish and only had to pull two this year.

I only don't have them as I am lazy so only want one or two lambs so i dont have any bottle lambs from triplets or quads but the Lleyns are about the best and easiest of the prolific breeds, I think. My vet has them too. Smart looking as well.

They have a reputation for being prolific but we don't flush our ewes prior to tupping and usually get twins , occasionally triplets, rarely singles. We also find that the Lleyns are able to rear triplets unlike most other breeds so we leave them on unless it is a gimmer.  Thanks for your nice comments about the breed.

I breed Lleyn and scan. I only had 3 ewes with triplets and the rest all had twins.

Lleyns can handle 3 lambs with no bother, as they are heavy milkers.
Of the 3 that had trips all are the same size as those that had twins.

First class breed of sheep and getting very popular with farmers.

I am looking for a tup lamb?

Sorry can't assist you here as I ringed all my tup lambs this year as didn't want to run any on during winter. Try some of the other established breeders near to you.
