Sorry should've said, they are large fowl birds. Our cockeral won best male at Stirling show :excited:

I've got 4 younger pullets for sale now, almost 6 weeks old.
Thanks.

What sort of numbers are you breeding?
Scots Greys are one of the breeds i'm interested in keeping.
Are they purely for show?

Hi There Clansman,
I just have 6 hens in with our cockeral, then another 12 which i'm slowly replacing with Scots Greys. We've only be dabbling at the showing, we've shown at Stirling the last couple of years. I'd like to do a bit more though. Our present cockeral came from the Cummings at Glenfarg who show a lot, so hopefully he'll be improving them.
I hatched out 18 last year and 15 this year. I plan to keep 4, sell 4 and the rest are boys.
I find them good little layers so they work for their keep!
Thanks,
OEH
