Post by: harry on July 28, 2009, 09:54:26 pm
WHATS THE longest anyone has ever hung a duck , i useually hang for 1 to 2 weeks but this time i had to kill 6 so some got hung for 4 weeks... i hang them in a tall fridge i bought just for hanging, so pretty cold.

well i started to butcher these ducks on my outside slab and was instantly surronded by flies and wasps, i decided their sense of smell was superior to mine and abandened the idea. i will stick to 2 weeks in future as they have been fine , so tender.
