Title: Selling up :( Market Drayton
Post by: shropshire_blue on July 18, 2013, 07:56:11 pm
Unfortunately I am selling everything.  Gutted. more info and pics on request. No idea on prices, ideally would like to sell sheep and sheep equipment as a job lot. Make me an offer...

Also

Sorry for the random nature of the items - I'm selling everything except my kayak, skis and camera!  You can message me through the forum, or get me on 07974 353754.

£12 (only done one round of dosing), £10 (or whatever seems mutually reasonable - there are only bits and bobs and various drugs and stuff), and £10 each.

Sorry to hear things aren't working out for you.

I may be interested in the polywire and posts and a few other bits but I'm waiting for a bill from my neighbour for hedging and drainage work so might not have any funds left once that's paid.  I'll let you know.

Thanks Sbom, calf buckets cost about £4 each I think, and they're only 6 months old so how about £3 each?

No probs Dogwalker, just let me know and if they're not sold they're yours for the taking!

You are too far away for us to take anything. Just want to say how sorry I am to hear you are having to give up smallholding and wish you well whatever your future may bring

Hi Tonka, thanks very much.

Pic of sheep attached.  There are 19 of them. Bucket trained, and one in particular loves a fuss and a back scratch. The blue faces are in pretty good rising condition, I was going to sponge them and send the tup in beginning August.  The white faces have a bit less condition on them, but are rising nicely. The other part of the flock was just sold by my mate for £150 each and they were flock ages, these are all the same age.  I am thinking around the same price or slightly less to a good home, so somewhere around £130 if they go to someone here.

Wire - 1000m rolls like these are going for £60 on ebay, so £30 if you're taking the sheep too?

Buckets - free if you buy the sheep!

Hope that sounds reasonable...

Hiya, make me an offer... Trampoline free if you dismantle it.  I can't guarantee I'd be able to deliver, but there's a fair chance, would have to hire a trailer.

Cheers
