Hi all- yesterday a swarm (prob. one of my own) landed 4 foot from an empty hive in a low tree (due to time constraints I had to capture it at dusk dropping it into a bucket). Can anyone tell me if I have made an error and what to do to increase my chances if I do get another chance?
Thanks,
