We have our eyes on a property in Ayrshire but need to sell first. We have had estate agents in to value property but are offering the property below their valuation to hopefully get a quick sale.

????  No?  Much smaller house, acreage for the dogs to run without having to take them out if you aren't well?  That's what i'd be looking for if I decided to move.

Property will be advertised with an estate agent next week but would rather sell property cheaper privately and not pay an agents fee. Which in my book is a win-win situation both for the purchaser and for us.

Sorry didn't think about that as I have been for 20 years.
