Would prefer brown, black or lavender and happy for hatching eggs (provided I can collect within reasonable distance from Edinburgh, no postal eggs), chicks or growers.
Experienced home although this is first foray into bantams.

Cumbria will probably be too far for you but there is some black, brown and white ones down there from hatching eggs - various ages of chicks/growers

It is a bit yes, have promised no more road trips for poultry. Are they yours or do you know who has them?

No not mine, I was over there yesterday collecting eggs and saw the 3 colours of leghorns
Its a few miles out of Carlisle

Leghorn bantams are great because they lay huge eggs for a small bird.

thanks-not bantams though. Carlisle is a little far-its the time rather than the distance! thanks though. Have found some blacks locally and emailed a breeder of buffs and duckwings that isn't too far away.
