Title: Educational resources wanted

Jim Arbuckle from Echt Show has been in touch looking for leaflets on poultry and egg production. The Show does a project every year with the kids and it's poultry this year. They have birds and eggs already but they want some leaflets for folk to take away but are having no luck finding any.

Anyone any sources / thoughts etc?

What about something from the BHWT - they always send me through their newsletter which is packed with interesting info. Hope link works...

Alternatively, they might be able to provide some leaflets.
