The property next to where I'm just house sitting at the moment is up for sale, too.... Of course they are advertising it as "equestrian" (which makes is rather more expensive), and it will no doubt go to somebody in the oil industry, as it's within "easy commuting" distance to Westhill, where they are expanding just that type pf industry massively...
