Title: looking for a lactating goat
Post by: maryseanand on July 21, 2009, 04:51:44 pm
hello ;D, we at Culdees do have a goat :goat: which we milk to make yoghurt and cheese:yum:but she has been giving her milk now for too long and I want to give her a rest.
As we always have (at this moment 25) lots of volunteers, we do need the milk and I am asking you: do you have a lactating goat you are willing to part with, or know of one?
Thanks.
Maryse

Welcome, Maryse! I hope you find one! I would also post under livestock/other, this seems to be the goat folk chat area.  :goat:  :&>

Ooooh we got a mention as goat folk!

Maryseanand, whereabouts are you? If I could persuade my mother to sell one we might have a British Toggenburg for sale.

And welcome!

Beth
