ITS JUST RIDICULOUS! they make up stupid rules like this in times like these!

if they are so concerned about this they should just purchase these "dung bags" and hire them out to the carriage drivers for a minimal amount!

This is just another sad example of the sanitisation of the countryside.

A country path near us has just been tarmaced to make it accessible to all. It's now useless fro horseriders as the surface is slippy to horses and therefore dangerous.

They paved paradise...
