Finally got an offer on our house so now we can buy our smallholding! Going to make the offer tomorrow morning... Exciting, expensive but should be life changing for the better

It's in East Sussex, just over 10 acres... Haven't had our offer accepted yet but hasn't been rejected yet either

Had a call today. The seller has rejected our offer... :(
BUT, she then accepted one that was £5,000 lower than the next one I was going to make! :D That's tractor money!

Fab news- how exciting! We're in East Sussex on 20 acres, near Horam. Give us a shout if you want to visit or need anything. We also belong to a brilliant Small Farm Training Group that do excellent courses and have monthly meetings of us like minded folk.
