Title: Flowering Rhubarb

As above.  Do I remove the flower stalk, looks like bolting but it is not cramped and was planted 3 years ago?

Yes or that's the end of your pullable rhubarb for this season.  Which reminds me, I noticed a flower bud just appearing in one of my plants............. :o    Rhubarb flowers are quite spectacular if you do let them grow.
