I had triplets born on 25th March - 2 huge lambs and 1 x teeny, tiny ewe lamb, that just found the barn too cold in those bitter East winds we had at the time. When I went along to feed her one night, I found her all tucked up and she had blood coming from her rear end. I thought she was a goner and believe the ewe may have trod on her as she was so tiny up to the other 2 lambs. So, I took her in to the house and within an hour she was like a new lamb. She was particularly fond of the fire and Bailey my rescue whippet/terrier was a great friend to her. She stayed in the house for about 2 weeks (in a pen in the back kitchen) and then I had another teeny tiny lamb born that became her pal. They have both been outside for some weeks now and are both doing very well. Her name is Dot (Suffolk x Hampshire Down) and her buddy is Titch (Charollais x HD). Dot is now 6 weeks old and Titch is 4 weeks. These are the first cade lambs I have had for some years, as not normally a big fan, but these two are here to stay now :innocent: ::)

They look great - well done. I'm Addicted to the 'pathetic' and have three from the farm I've been helping at - hope they look as good as your's in the next few weeks - mine have not made it to the house just the lambing shed!!!
