So everyone tells me?? I think they forgot to tell our Willow, bloody loves the stuff :roflanim:saves us a job :relief:

Someone told my goats which is why I converted my lawn into veggie beds.

haha, if goats weren't into grazing my savannah wouldn't come into milk every spring just from eating grass!! ;D all 4 of mine lovely grazing, they just aren't as deep grazers as sheep :)

Goats love to graze .... just not to specific about what they graze! ....

Neither of mine eat grass unless there is absolutely nothing else. Trees, plants, even reeds, much preferred.

None of mine will eat anything lower than 18" - even a favourite branch once dropped will be ignored. That's why they have servants, of course...

;D thats funny countrywoman!! made me laugh.
Well my 6 year old is currently pulling the long grass that the goats can't reach through the fence and feeding it to them, they cant' get enough today! funny how they are all so different?!

Can't be bothered to mow the lawn...can't be bothered to keep a goat properly ;) ;)
Mine will eat short grass if they have to and fuggage in the winter but would rather browse naturally :) :) I've been pulling the weeds in the garden and anyone woyld think I'm trying to kill them! ;D

some of ours will eat short grass but most prefer long grass and weeds.
Today everyone was out and we ended up with 11 Goats sunbathing in the Paddock and 16 kids sprawled out down the drive, It was a mamoth task trying to move everyone when one of the cars came back in
As quick as we chased some back into the paddock others came back out ::)

Mine do eat the grass outside their yards if they can reach it. Not interested if I take them out to have a munch. Mind you, there are other things such as fruit trees to tempt them.

My girls munch away at the grass quite happily and come in at night with big grass bellies. :goat:
