Title: WANTED, shetland tup - scotland
Post by: LOCHBYRE on May 03, 2013, 07:23:11 pm
hi all,
We are looking for a tup to add to our flock. We would like a patterned tup, not a solid colour in the hope of getting some mixed colours and patterns. Ideally something with panda eyes or spots and spodges ( not the technical term I know !!) Don't really want a Katmoget as we have quite a few ewes who are Katmoget.
We are based south of Glasgow but wlling to travel a couple of hours anyway for the right boy !
All our flock are bucket trained and very friendly , so prefer an easy going kind of guy !
PM me please if you have anything of interest.

Hi, I am located in Shetland, and have some real TRUE SHETLANDS for sale. I have an exsquisite 2 year old 'fleckit' ram and some others for sale including, ewes and lambs. No registered, but many of my flock have successfully been taken to England and Scotland and registered with the SSS. Txt 07833 625414, thanks, Lynn.

I've got quite a cute little fella (only 3 weeks old at the moment) who has panda eyes, if you're interested. He'd be available at the end of August - I'm in Cumbria. He'd be able to tup 10-15 ewes by the autumn. His dad was a grey katmoget (one black gene, one brown) and his mum is a moorit, both registered. Both his mum and dad are ridiculously tame, eat sultanas from my hand - and the lambs are already learning to.

Here he was at a week old:

Let me know what you think - I was half thinking of keeping him myself.......
