Title: diagnosis help please

Hi there I need some help ive got a yearling goat that has lost wieght in the last week and skin is pale pink , poo is very dark and a slight scour , is this worms? I cant see anything in the poo.

Could be many things, but I think she should be seen by a vet, especially if this is a recent and fast weight loss. I would also take a poo sample and get it analysed asap.
Really couldn't guess what is wrong with her - very dark droppings could mean blood in the stools, and that could be .... quite a few things. Sorry too late now to think straight.
pale skin - anaemia?

Ive only really noticed weight lost in the last week she has been skinny for a couple of months I took it as the billy nicking her food and started to seperate them while feeding
