Black pudding ! You'll love this. :farmer: I was brought up knowing it as Pig Pudding, rather than Black pudding.

we home kill and had a blizzard last year on the day of the deed. I was the lucky one getting my hands warmed up as I stirred the blood. We seem to have developed a tradition of Kidneys for tea on the first day and black pudding for breakfast on day 2 and 3 of cutting. ( My neighbour makes the puddings and I am happy to let hm carry on)
We have 2 people who sell warm black pudding on our local market. I always get a taster and often buy some from a lad who keep Cul Noir in the woods near us.
Black Pudding with Onion - not sure how it is made but I am not sure I have ever tasted such a strong onion flavour ( stayed with me all day).
we have the fete of the Black Pudding and Apple Juice tomorrow but we hope to go to the Pumpkin Fete if the OH gets on OK in a wheelchair for her first day out in 99 days!

Weschenfelders now do dried pigs blood for making black puddings. No idea what it's like I haven't tried it.
