Title: Holding coming up for rent soon
Post by: tizaala on April 16, 2013, 05:51:30 pm
Our landlord has a house with some outbuildings and some land coming up to rent shortly , situated near Knighton , Powys.  Decent landlord, lets you get on with it without interference, I can recommend him.
PM me for details ,

Forgot to say the rent won't be too expensive , probably less than  £1000 per month.

We are getting lots of calls about this holding.

It will be about the same as our conditions, but allow for the fact that most peoples rents go up.

We pay £500 per month + extra for the buildings + £100 per acre per year.  so allow for inflation.
