This little one arrived yesterday, after being found by our farmer friend in a bucket of water in the early hours of the morning :o He wasnt expected to live as he was cold couldnt stand or even lift his head up and wouldnt feed.
He is in the house and 36hrs later he is taking bottles, very active and loving the attention he gets from the yorkies and actualy sucks their noses when they wash his face ::).
He can now jump out of his box ,so will have to think about moving him into the stables with the others if the weather stays nice

 hmm, I would love to meet Geofrey but the box says image removed or deleted :-\
-
The picture is broken :-\ I NEED to see Geoffrey as he has the best name ever ;D
-
Ok Fixed, PB seems to be doing that a lot recently
-
Good work, he's looking great!
Geofrey is a great name for a sheep.
I had a ewe with a bad leg living in the garden a few years back. We called her Jeff - as in Mutton Jeff.
-
great picture with the little dog as well
-
Those 2 dogs love him , yet when they go down the stables they totaly ignore the other lambs and goat kids
-
Absolutely fab  I can imagine the suction onto poor pooch's nose :roflanim:
Geofrey is a lucky chap

That's great - so nice to hear of one coming back from the brink..

What a lucky boy and what a lovely outcome. Just goes to show what some TLC will achieve.

He is lucky that he was found and great to see him looking so cute.

Well it seems geofrey has a friend coming this morning. A ewe has just lambed twins and they have lost her and 1 of her lambs , Thankfully we froze loads of Colostrum when the goats kidded so its coming up here

He is very sweet !!

Geofrey is now out in the stable with the others and we now have 2 new ones indoors that need that bit more TLC
Numbers are now up to 13 and more expected daily ! Our friend is having a really bad time with it this year :( We will be rearing them past weaning then some will go back to hers and we will keep some ourselves
-
It's good to see Geofrey is doing well and I'm taking notes about all of this for next year - it is especially relevant for me at the moment as are should be moving to a place in your part of the world sometime next month!

Well if your ever over this way your more than welcome to pop in and see/feed the lambs and goats ::)
