Title: Rose bed nearly finished
Post by: escapedtothecountry on April 01, 2013, 08:41:28 pm
Not that you can tell but there are 16 roses in this bed all done yesterday... Today, however, the 4 100litre bags of bark were clearly an underestimation of what was needed.

I'm glad to learn it's not my fault that I underestimate the mulch each time  :innocent:

I had a bad experience with bark containing a zillion tree seeds one time which took me several seasons to clear (the last ones were big by the time I spotted them) - have steered clear ever since! Looks great though - love roses (even pruning them!),
