I thought I would plant my Charlottes out in potato gro-sacks today but keep them in the polytunnel for now.
The sacks are about 10 inches in diameter at the base.
Can I get away with planting more then one in each sack?
I have got about 18 potatoes chitted and can't imagine planting 18 sacks.
Also - is there any reason why I can't use old feed sacks to grow them in?

Ive read that you can put 5 tubors in a pot the size of a dustbin, 3 in a 40cm pot and 1 in a 25cm pot. Ive also bought Charlottes this morning but I still have to chit them. Ive got plenty of egg boxes to do them in, just got to find the space to put them!
