Title: HELP please poorly chicken

I have a chicken that is walking like a penguin with its bottom dragging on the floor??


Could it be egg bound?? What can I do to help her?

Not had it yet but sounds like the descriptions of egg bound I've heard. I think I read that a little gentle heat can help? Bit like treating constipation in babies! Found this link:

Thanks for the link, I will try this afternoom the treatment recommended, fingers crossed.... But she is one of my oldest hens she's 3 now!! I'll give her lots of TLC  :hug:

TLC works when all else fails Wood. Could be an abdominal infection as well -if the poo is green you need Baytril antibiotic from the vet.
