One of my housed ewes due in 5 weeks has had slightly loose droppings, look more like a cow pat than pellets. Was dectomax'd end of jan so I dont think its worms. Fine in her self but mucky round the back end which I will clean up when heptavacing at the weekend. She gets ewe nuts straw and hat.
Do I worry? What do I do?
Thanks

All sheep are individuals and so are their faeces so long as its not running out shouldn't be a problem, straw and HAT is a very dry diet so how much ewe nuts is she eating :innocent:

Haha sorry I didn't mean I feed them hats... That would give them the runs.
Shes never been loose like this... One 1/4kg of 18%

could just be a digestive upset , is she holding or loosing a little condition , do you have fluke on your ground
-
Shes not lost any condition. They had worm and fluke counts in jan and nothing...

My policy this atrocious Winter has been to Alamycin anything looking not quite right. Normally I fight shy of using it but ..... So far 2 ewes with slightly runny noses and one gilt looking under the weather - all seem back to normal now.
