Title: Computer help please

Its driving me mad!
Started couple of days ago, on web pages Im getting highlighted words & some pictures. If i move my cursor over them a pop up window appears. Im running windows 7 with firefox 19. I want it gone.

That looks like it, but when I click on the opt-out button its displaying a syntax error page , grrrrr
