Has anyone a link to an online pdf that I can download and complete to apply for my CPH number?
I am currently overseas working and would like to complete and fax in prior to me getting home...
Or, and I know it's a big ask....could someone scan and email me one ?? please? pretty please??

As far as I'm aware there isn't an application form as such, the first step is to contact your local Agriculture, Food & Rural Communities (AFRC) office and talk to them. They will check if there's already a CPH registered for the land, and if not will take your details and continue the process from there.

Spoke to Local Rural Payments Office today and they advised me that there is no record of my land at present , therefore I have to complete a Land and Business Change Form.
Just in case anyone else has to do the same, I have attached the link to the form, plus the guidance notes for completing.
Pass the ibuprofen, I feel a headache coming on !! Onwards and Upwards !!!!!

The things we have to do......(bearing in mind I'm in Africa at present) :thumbsup:
I called the Rural Payment office to inform them that my plan was to complete the form / scan and apply electronically, to which no objections were raised. Then....I had to ask my Solicitor to forward me a copy of the entry for the Land Register so I could send a map with the application....all good so far??
Filled in the said form, added OS map, signed scanned and emailed to the offfice, only to receive an email back saying they don't accept electronic applications !!! :huff:
So, I then had to find someone on crew change who was not mucho borracho and would remember to post the envelope I gave him and not wonder in 28 days what the envelope stuffed at the bottom of his kit back was for......
With all that given, the future of my sausages (just now), now rest with a drunk (but not as drunk as the rest!!) Scaffolder from Sunderland..... :relief:
