i have a bungalow for rent north of aberdeen (commutable).
there is the option of land, ranging from 1 acre paddocks to 6+ woodlands and rough grazing. veg patch/fruit garden.
i can increase the amount of land in a years time if required, and also offer 3 stables, greenhouse etc then if required.
there are no restrictions on types of livestock but it does suit native breeds more than commercial breeds. the woods are perfect for pigs.
the lease will be organised through solicitors etc so all above board.
