our bulbs are poking up on our Aberdeenshire hillside. Hares around, skylarks and the first oystercatcher arrived today from the coast. The geese are starting to nest too. But I dont trust the spring until April up here!

So spring is in evidence in the north and in the south.  Can we have some in the middle please?  Ok there are daffs pushing up but it's still bloomin' cold.

We have no daffs yet but crocus's and snowdrops are out. Can't wait for spring to arrive, this year is going to be a good one (finger's crossed!)

Snowdrops have been on show for 3 weeks now, Gabi saw our first crocus yesterday, and the geese have been laying for a week now, chickens have started laying well so there must be a bit more daylight for them.

It must be getting milder.  My girls have spent a fair bit of time lying on the concrete outside today.  Just wish I felt warmer.  I spotted a daffodil with a bud today.
