Blimey, there are a lot of alpaca events in the Midlands this spring!

There's also the British Alpaca Futurity & Fibre Festival 2013, at the NEC,  15 - 16 March 2013.

Got to buoy up the market somehow  :innocent:

I heard that the woman making the gourmet alpaca sausages has received death threats. Folk should get past themselves. Friends of ours have been to Peru many times and they are eaten there - triple purpose they are. I suppose they don't have the luxury of keeping expensive pets though.

Seriously?! poor woman!!  I've had people attack me verbally for 'stealing' milk that should have been for Savannah's kids - until I mention that she's a maiden milker so never even been mated  :innocent:  some right odd bods out there to be sure!
