what do you think of this gate? :)
www.exact-spec.com/a-quad-gate.html
i know that if i had a quad this would be on my wish list!

lol, mmmm i think you might have a problem with a clever pig on them gates
Linz

not unless you had 3 clever pigs working together 1 standing either side on the ramp and 1 pushing it open
i was testing it myself at the ploughing championships last year and i couldnt open it on my own (unless of course i used the normal gate latch lol)
-
hehe never under-estimate a clever pig !!!
:) i would like to see it for real as in how all the bits work

And an addition of an electronic device and key to lift the ramps and open the main lock and the tractor man wouldn't even need to get out of his cab either. Wish I was an inventor, bet they make loads of dosh ;D

they could just use electric gates instead ! lol !

Looks good, but in my experience the more technical, the more costly...and anything with moving parts that gets damaged becomes VERY costly to repair...anyhow, getting on and off the quad is counted as my daily exercise...too old, too fat, too mean!

Wow if I had one of those gates I wouldn't get any work done I'd just be going backwards and forwards through the gate having fun!! Simple pleasures for simple minds!!
