for restoring my faith in good service.

I bought an NJ Phillips drencher AGES ago from a local store and never got it to work properly. A week ago, I decided to stick it on eBay, then thought I'd see if Cox-agri, who deal in this product could help.

I packed it off with a note saying "I can't get this to sook up drench - can you help?"

I got it back yesterday - all working, lubricated and ready to use, free of charge and with a nice note saying what was wrong with it (and not laughing).

So, thank you Cox-agri for excellent service  :thumbsup:
