We use a medicine book, they are cheap and make it easy to record the right info.

This one on eBay (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574695795&toolid=10001&campid=5336712835&customid=&icep_item=380168646983&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) is what we use, also on Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B003Y7LAR8/?tag=theaccidsmall-21).

HTH.  :)

Give your animal health people a ring, they will send you one (and a flock/herd book if you ask) for free

Or go onto the British Goat society website and down load med sheets for free as well as lots of other useful bits  :)

I did buy a book type in the end - black for goats, red for sheep to try and make myself more organised (got it from supplies for smallholders (https://www.suppliesforsmallholders.co.uk/product_info.php?ref=2&products_id=214&affiliate_banner_id=1))
