Our flock is Narragansett but this hen hatched in May last year and her Great Grandmama clearly met a Crollwitzer behind the turkey house one dark night. She looks all Crollwitzer except for a little grey marbling on her wings. She's fully grown and in excellent condition and should begin laying in a few weeks' time. The rest of the hens normally lay 5-6 eggs a week through Spring and Summer, unless they go broody. She's only for sale because we'll soon be running all the turkeys in breeding groups and don't want to keep her on her own. For sale only to someone keeping other turkeys, please.

Moving the breeding groups this weekend so she'll be going to market next Thursday.

Sale delayed due to taking other stock in instead. Now going 7th March.
