 :roflanim:  I had trouble "getting" that photo for a minute, then I saw it. Hope his own car got snowed in. Perhaps he was behind in his weekly target!

The Bast*rd. that's unbelievable.  Hope he has the nastiest chilblains ever, and that they spread everywhere his hands go.
I got my third ticket of the year last week.  Never had one in my life till this year then three at once.  Makes me think the wardens are working harder and stricter, think I will do a FOI request on parking charges to the council and see how this year compares to previous.l

I think that ticket could easily be challenges precisely because the yellow lines are not visible. Send them a copy of that photo with the ticket.  :fc:
