Hi James
I will take the camera tomorrow, should have done it today....but too many other jobs got in the way then it RAINED!!!!!

For anyone thinking that potbellies are just for pets - you would be wrong. The meat is excellent in both colour and flavour. You do not get crackling unfortunately, but the meat more than makes up for that.
Not sure how big this variety get to full grown, but the potbellies we have eaten have provided a leg of up to 3 kilos for males, so not too bad.
One can say that it is an eating experience and they make the best pork pies!
Good luck Tracey!

I know have a picture in my head of a pork pie, with tiny little black legs and ears poking through, running around the kitchen. ;D ;D
