Hello everyone
I'm just saying an introductory hello to you all, the forums seems really friendly and there's tons of advice and people to learn new things from.
I've been a member for a while but never posted, I'm interested in lots of things most recently attempted salamis and Chorizo from local pigs. I hope to post soon.

Hiya Geraint  :wave:  we're from not to far away (Inbetween Corwen and Bala).  We had pigs last year but werent very adventurous with the meat  - next time....
