I never know whether I thwack them hard enough..... obviously I did this time  :thumbsup: :D

Here is one of the boned out legs going in for ham using Hilary's Mum's recipe.

Mine was legible, but not as clear as yours - need to thwack harder, and now I know that they hardly notice I won't be such a pussy :innocent:
