On bonfire weekend this little fellow was abandoned by his owners who were moving to rented accommodation that wouldn't allow dogs. They tried a rescue who who were full, and the dog warden who said she could only pick up dogs from the street. So they planned to just chuck him out.!!!  After pleas on a forum guess who fell soft and took him in as an emergency foster. He's under the care of Labrador Retriever Rescue Southern England (yes I know he's the smallest labX ever!) and he's looking for his forever home. (He is with me in Yorkshire). Just thought I'd post in case anyone is looking for a lovely young(14 months) lively, dog friendly, people friendly terrier/lab cross. Doesn't take up much room

He's gorgeous - I'm sure he'll find a great home. And well done you for fostering :trophy:

he looks lovely! Have you tried making him a Facebook page? or put him on dogrescuepages in the private homing bit?

Thank you for that funkyfish - I am limited to what I can post though as he is in the care of the labrador rescue - they would have to post on that forum. He is on the agility net rescue page, because he would be brill at agility he's so fast and clever!

It seems Labrador Rescue have local Facebook Pages - this is the Kent one - perhaps he is already on your local page?

Just thought I'd give you a happy ending on this one. Blake went to his forever home in Scotland in February where he has joined an active doggy family and is already training for flyball and agility. He's settled in marvelously.
