I'm having difficulty finding where to buy saltpetre. Could anyone please point me to a source of supply.

Hang on. Are you making saucisson, letting the animals lick it or making gunpowder?
We have plenty on the inside walls of the barns and one downstairs room or you can order it from Weschenfelders on line.  ;D

I want it for making bacon. I just want it to explode with taste, not plaster it around the room.
