Well if you get £80 for a cross bred boar when i struggle to get a begrudged £70 for a pedigree GOS you've better luck than me, don't forget if sows come to you they have to stay at least 20 days (to comply with stanstill) or if your boar goes to somebodyelse he has to stay there the same. Its not a case of come shag & go ::) :o .
best of luck

I thought it was a bit pricey but didn't like to say!! We charge £40 for pedigree tamworths and hampshires.
Keep extra

C'mon guys
Georgina is obviously quite new to pigs, guide gently ;)
But yes, I agree it's a bit steep :-\

i dont think anyone was unkind just honest, tbh i would have thought any new venture would have been researched before embarking on. some times you have to be flat honest (i know i prefer it from the hip rather than beating around the bush) its the only way people will learn.

We were charged £25 for a particularly handsome Saddleback pedigree boar from Muddy Lane.
Bootiful, he was. Our sows are pining for him now their piglets have been weaned, and asking daily when we'll be having him back... ::)
