Title: Landscaping design software

Hi everyone,

Would anybody know of free software to designing/landscaping.I have the opportunity to put a log home on my little space here,however,instead of doing it all by hand,I was hoping to find some software which is easy to use (technophobic friendly) and that is free,I have traipsed around the net today,downloaded lots of them-utter rubbish and am slowly losing the plot..thought that does not take much these days.oh,how I loathe software which is way over my head!

Please help it is all making me  :tired: :unwell: and  :rant: !!

the only freebies i know of are very clunky and not very good


id get the crayons out it'll be quicker!!!

If it is a simple design an architectural technician/technical draughtsman will be a lot cheaper than an architect. So that might be a 'middle way'.
