Where does everyone get therre poultry netting from and at what cost?  I want about 200m - of non electric poultry netting....

Hiya,

We bought a roll of stuff similar to this, and some metal posts from Ebay very cheaply:

I'm afraid it's pretty rubbish though.
 
It would be ok if stapled to a rigid frame for instance, but used with the posts it has a tendency to 'concertina' and form wobbles at the bottom. The birds (particularly ducks) stick their heads out underneath, and before you know it, they're running around outside and wondering how to get back in!

Have you considered using heras fence panels?

Hi .... try Tornado Fencing ..... they're cheap as chips .....

At the moment we have ours enclosed with scaffolding screening. Its a fine strong plastic gauze available in 2 and 3 metre widths at 50 metres long. We have the green 3 metre doubled over at £40 a roll. Good for security and wind protection but you won't beat chicken wire at 1050 wide x 50 metre rolls -£50 +VAT. Double height with 300mm folded out at the bottom and strung between three tensioned wires. One side of our temporary enclosure is that orange site screening photographed -looks awful but does the job.
