Does anyone know where i can buy black pudding skins in south wales? As usual i have left things until the last minute and need some for monday arrrghhh!

Hubby made some just an hour or two ago - he used organic sausage casings from Hobies.

You can freeze the blood, littlelugs, until you get some hog-casings. Thaw it very slowly though.
