Not ours I hasten to add!
The smallholding is about a mile to the north of us - small cottage, outbuildings and 20 acres of land - with another 9 acres available in 2 other lots.

Great property,lots of potential - total strip out required though!
Be good to watch and see what it sells for. I'll guess £275,000 ;D

Yeah, that place needs some work! Not just the house either, the outbuilding rooves look like they could do with repair too.

Actually the kitchen looks very similar to the that we moved into back in April. Mind you, ours did have the advantage of a brickbuilt "barbeque" so that we could do some elementary cooking. Five months later and we now have a fully functioning new kitchen. And a bathroom! :relief:
It's amazing what can be achieved with some good builders and lots of perseverance. :thumbsup:

Looks as if it could be lovely and a nice part of the country.
