Wow!
I don't like the ones that obliterate the horse, but some of the matching rider, horse decoration and person leading costumes are amazing!

Gosh I don't think I'd dare enter that competition! The winner was amazing though, I was looking for ideas for my daughters Pony Club Christmas rally as they go in fancy dress. Not sure any of those would be suitable...... Might be asking you guys for ideas closer to though :innocent:

I like the ones where the horse is dressed as a horse best not hidden behind plywood . Some stunning ideas there.
The showjumper John Whittaker used to be a friend of my sisters in his early days and I remember my mum and his mum wrapping him up in cornflake boxes and silver foil to go as a Knight in Shining Armour, they wrapped him up sat on the couch but did not think how he was going to stand up never mind get on the horse! I was watching old cine film of it the other day, how things have changed. I went as an Indian, my sister as a cowboy and my elder sister as Zorro.

Here is our effort from earlier this year - Cruella and her Dalamtions. Was so easy to do and great fun!
